Scott of Promenade Development really made things happen for our first time purchasing a home and needing a major renovation. Scott listened to our overall ideas and helped us develop a plan. Wide eyed and excited to get so many things done, he encouraged us to make a “Must Have” list and a separate “Wish List”. This theme of must versus wish really helped us work through the decisions and finding the right direction we wanted for our remodel. Scott organized and managed the subcontractors and made suggestions on materials where there was a better option but never varying too far from the overall look we wanted. We got most everything on our Must Have list and some of the items on our Wish List even made the cut. It’s been exciting to watch this house become a home. Thank you, Scott!
